The Ask

Discover a way to gather product enthusiasts from within Sharp to enable them to share ideas and observations in retail about Sharp products inside of a community environment.

The Solution

• A mobile app and web app that allowed Sharp employees as “Ambassadors” to login and report any problems they saw in stores
• An idea zone where employees could give ideas for new products or features
• Many actions and winning ideas gave points which could be redeemed for prizes.
• A slick video to motivate and educate employees of the new Ambassador Program

The Results

The online portal was a success. Employees became very motivated to give ideas and share observations.
