The Ask

The portfolio’s section of a top 5 bank’s intranet portal was extremely dense and confusing to their user base of financial advisors. FAs needed a way to navigate more smoothly and consume the information. The design also was constrained to already approved components in a Sharepoint system.

The Solution

• Information redesign for a section of a top 5 bank’s intranet portal
• Recreation of the navigational structure of the website section

The Results

• Financial advisors can finally find out what they needed
• Because of the new format, Content administrators have a much easier time updating the site with new information
